Technical Support is available to all clients enrolled in a Support Agreement with ProgressSoft or still within the software warranty period. All clients are encouraged to sign a Support Agreement to continue receiving support, covering all system updates. Support requests are prioritized based on severity, ensuring prompt assistance for critical issues. Our service level commitments guarantee timely resolution, with high-severity issues addressed within three hours.
